I somehow ended up with way too many marshmallows. I’ve already planned for cookies, Rice Krispies, and hot chocolate, but I’m still drowning in them.
Any ideas on what else I can make? Thanks!

I was about to suggest the sweet potato casserole too. Classic!

Oh yeah, I’m planning to make candied sweet potatoes! But it only uses half a bag. Still got four bags to go though.
You can make a s’mores pie! Just layer marshmallows on top, then broil them to get that golden look.
I like using them in high-protein treats like Rice Krispies:
Or even in brownies:
You should totally try s’mores brownies. They’re so good!
What about rocky road brownies? Add marshmallows, nuts, and chocolate chips to your brownie batter.

OMG, how did I forget ROCKY ROAD FUDGE?! Time to make some!!!
I made a vegan grasshopper pie once and it turned out great. Boozy chocolate and mint flavors are always a win.

Never heard of it, but I’ll Google it!

Here’s the recipe I used: Vegan Grasshopper Pie Recipe
I skipped the extra green food coloring since the creme de menthe makes it green enough.
Toss a few in your oatmeal for a fun little twist. Hehehe.
You could make cereal bars with other types of breakfast cereals!
Have you tried Watergate salad? It’s marshmallows mixed with pistachio pudding and some other stuff. I used to think it was called frog salad (but apparently that’s a different dish with marshmallows). It’s super easy and surprisingly good.
@Zev
I’ve never heard of this! Adding it to my Google list.
Are these vegan marshmallows you’re talking about?

Yep, they’re the seasonal ones from Trader Joe’s.
Try mixing them with peanut butter, then cover them in melted chocolate. Stick them in the fridge until they set. It’s an easy and yummy snack.
