I love people who make amazing meals and offer their recipes on social media platforms but unfortunately some are annoying and egoistic. Stop showing me what your body is like, I’m here for the food, The ASMR and monotone voices make my skin crawl as well. I really love Pickup limes and Rainbow Plant Life. So anyone similar to them I suppose ?
While “thee burger dude” is a chill YouTuber, the recipes are really unhealthy and often make me sick, so use them sparingly, even though they taste amazing.
I feel like Sarah’s Vegan Kitchen never gets enough love on this site. Fantastic recipes!
Harmonious Cooking, Simnett Diet (mostly health-related), Derek Sarno/Wicked Kitchen, TheeBurgerDude, and good vegan eating (ultra nutritious stuff free of sugar, salt, oil, and soy) Caitlin Shoemaker and Gaz Oakley/FromMyBowl
Brocolli mum! Her channels very food focused, more on wholefood plant based but she is a Vegan. Shes very wholesome and seems down to earth at least from her online persona.
FitGreenMind Don’t let the big t-shirts deceive you—she is quite fit even if she isn’t a fitness influencer. She thus eats in a fairly healthful but flavorful manner.
Derek Sarno is a sweetheart who creates incredibly warm cooking movies.
Plant yourself. Her recipes, in my opinion, are the most approachable since they combine a strong ethical component with an awareness that sophisticated cooking is difficult for the typical person to maintain. She cooks for regular people.
For fitness-related content, I enjoy Gaz Oakley, Littlericenoodle, Saucestache, Cheap Lazy Vegan, and FitVeganChef (so some glutes but understandable).
I only follow Rainbow plant life and simnet nutrition, my wife likes the broccoli mom,
I’m a scientist and I love Mic the Vegan. Lots of great health information
I’m attempting to share those that haven’t been covered before (insta handles are underneath).

On Instagram, I enjoy Hermann (Julius Fiedler). He shares delectable short videos of historically plant-based recipes and prepared foods from all over the world, but I’ve observed that a lot of them come from Indian, Middle Eastern, Eastern Mediterranean, and North African cuisines. And his channel has only ever featured food—food, food, and more food.
