Ooo I’m planning to make a vegan version for a holiday dinner! I’ve only used bihon noodles before. I like the idea of adding canton noodles but I haven’t found an eggless kind around here.

The ‘Excellent’ brand is egg-free! I usually find it at my local Asian market or sometimes even Walmart, or you can check on Amazon!
