Low fat, oil free, vegan meal delivery services out there?!

Hey!!

I’m trying to lose weight and I’m wondering if you guys can help me list out low fat, oil free, vegan meal delivery services in the USA?

I’m fine with eating carbs, salt, and sugar. I realized if I try to exclude too much, I can’t stick with it.

Here are the 3 ones I found so far and I’m wondering if there are more that I haven’t heard of so I can order from them too?

I realize this doesn’t really address your topic, but starting each meal with a half head or a quarter head of raw lettuce was one of the weight loss tricks I learned during my fighting days. Increased water, increased fiber, and especially shortly before regular meals.

Prior to eating, the more fresh vegetables you consume, the better. Take off your dress. Simply consume it.

Until you experience how fantastic your body feels, it sounds like punishment.

Hi! I’m also eat a WFPB diet that focuses on clean carbs and avoids oils and most fattier foods for the same reasons that you probably do.

Because the way we eat is very different from the cultural norm, you’re better off cooking most of your own meals if possible. Hopefully you do find a few delivery services- rooting for you!

Wishing you luck. I’m stationed in the UK, so I’m afraid I can’t offer anything worthwhile.

But I just wanted to let you know that even though I consume full, plant-based foods, I avoid oil. It was the best choice I have ever made. I hope it works amazingly for you as well.

Your approach to nutrition sounds strange. Oils are amazing ingredients containing compounds that our body needs. Try eating more protein, it gives you more energy and the body will also burn more fat. Sugar is really always the thing to have less of as it’s the most calorie heavy.

If you want to lose weight, eat less. Cutting out fat will not really help and may cause health issues.

Try them all, they all have trial deals. I use Daily Harvest. They’re high fiber, vegan, and mostly low calorie. I just add a protein in the bowl (whatever I have lying around, like Tofurkey Italian Sausage, eggs, tofu, TVP, etc) as I microwave them and I have an easy, fantastic meal.

I tried Green Chef, and while the meals were great, you have to put it all together. I prefer sticking something in the microwave for 5 minutes and being done with it.

I have been using Purple Carrot for a long time. I do the cooked meals and they are great!! My non vegan husband eats it also and enjoys the meals. They did just recently change to offer more repeats in the month, which is good or bad, depending if you like the dishes or not. But always been great and fresh.

I think it would be useful if this kind of post included country/area. I’m guessing you’re american because i’ve never heard of any of these names and you use them like everybody is supposed to know

Anyway good luck with meal kits and the kids!

I love green chef but havent ordered for long enough to comment on variety. Thistle is good for ready made meals but gets boring within a couple of months in my opinion.
