I have a block of firm tofu that I need to use up and I’m thinking of making something sweet with it. I want it to be light, easy on the stomach, and something I can have before bed. Any suggestions?
How about a chocolate mousse? You can blend tofu with non-dairy milk, cocoa, and a sweetener of your choice.

I’d recommend using silken tofu for this if you haven’t tried it yet—it blends smoother.
@Avery
Normally I’d use silken too, but adding the milk might help with the texture for the firm tofu.
Here’s a simple vegan chocolate mousse recipe link and an easy vegan tiramisu link. Both recipes work with either silken or firm tofu. I hope this helps, and feel free to follow if you enjoy vegan recipes!
