Love it! I make a seitan version and I can’t believe how good it tastes. Even my omni and vegan friends love it.

Yes, it’s a different recipe. I fry onion and mushrooms and blend them into the mixture. I got it from this video. I’m thinking about trying a chicken-flavored seitan with a similar method. The texture is much firmer than other seitan recipes I’ve tried.
