If my values are to find the beauty in fruits and vegetables, I’ve realized it’s just how I’ll feed others because food is food. As long as you do not have allergies, people should be able to appreciate what is provided.
There’s a misconception that vegan means starvation but that is simply conditioning! I wonder how a hamburger means all my needs are fulfilled. Nope I want a salad, oh no burger? OK. What about a veggie burger? Nope a salad and a zucchini dish. You don’t want McDonalds??? Nope. Just a salad, zucchini dish, and some fruit pies.
I believe this choice and option is completely fine since people keep asking!
Just do your research on vitamins and know that fruits/vegetables are scientifically proven to be healthier
All for vegan weddings, please. Nothing that I wouldn’t eat myself would ever be served to my spouse and me during a celebration. Nevertheless, the meals must still be substantial. The majority of individuals, including vegans, do not find that a simple salad and vegetables would satisfy their hunger; this is especially true for die-hard carnists who nEeD mEaT iN eVeRy mEaL. Compared to fats and carbohydrates, proteins increase satiety more effectively. (Search for “protein satiety” on Google to see the many sources. There are some exceptions, such as when using volume eating to lose weight, but I won’t get into that here.) It’s acceptable to have a brief party with finger appetizers and refreshments available.
To tell the truth, there would never be any leftover food or alcohol if I were to organize a wedding. Complete waste of hard-earned money, which I need to support my way of life, hehe. However, psychedelics are safe.
I would need to know if I was planning a vegan wedding menu. 1. What time of day is it? For instance, if the event is in the afternoon, prepare tea sandwiches and serve them. It’s tempting to sample a large pile of nut pate, chickpea spread, sandwiches, etc. That won’t work for a sit-down event in the evening. If so, you will have to select between two and three entrees. 2. Inside or outside? 3. How big is the crowd? How many people are invited?
