Hey all, I see a lot of people talking about what they eat/cook here and feel kind of bad about myself. I’m autistic and have ADHD on top of that, so not only do I often have zero energy to make my own food, I also always end up eating the same things all the time. My diet at the moment mostly consists of vegan pizza, pasta, fruit smoothies, tinned fruits and for some reason a lot of spinach. For protein it’s mostly just vegan chicken nuggets if I’m hungry enough lol. What can I do to improve my diet when food and cooking is tricky for me?
